The Model Family Season 1 Finale Explained
The series’ final episode attempts to bring closure to the characters. However, it is not as easy as it seems. Gwang Cheol is helped by Dong-ha, who betrays Kang-jun and receives a shocking and surprising conclusion. This timid and innocent man continues to be shocked by the situations and people he has become involved with.
This is just the beginning. When he returns home, he finds the police digging through his backyard to find the bodies. Dong-ha learns that his father had already taken the bodies.
Dong-ha later finds the dashcam footage and determines what happened to Hancheol. He finds out that Myeong-su attacked him during a fight, which led to their deaths.
Dong-ha continues the episode by trying to make things right by telling Joo-hyun where Han-cheol’s remains are located. This brings Dong-ha closure. She quickly learns that Jung-kook, the department’s mole, is behind Han-cheol’s killing. She gathers evidence against Jung-kook and then shoots Jung Kook in front of the entire department.

Hyun-inability’s desire to have a heart transplant causes a lot of pain for his family. Dong-ha has been contemplating his situation for a while and wants to end the contract. After much thought, Dong-ha decides to surrender. However, just as Dong-ha is about to leave for the station, he gets a call.
He is instructed by a voice to protect the phone because his family depends on him. They will soon meet.
Dong-ha starts A Model Family as a shy, desperate man and ends it as a timid, but more courageous man. It is hard to get out of this loop.
Although the family has made great strides and has experienced character growth, their marital problems with Dong-ha, Eun-ju, and other issues have only gotten worse.
Instead, Dongha and Gwang Cheol have made an unlikely friendship that sees them helping each other in the most surprising ways.
A Model Family Season 2 Storyline
Park Dong-Ha is the main character in A Model Family. He is a hardworking man who also suffers from poverty. He does all he can to support his family. He attempts to get a better job by offering to pay a bribe with the money he saved for his son’s surgery. The plan doesn’t work out.

Dong discovers two money bags with two dead men in them at the back of a vehicle. Dong buries the bodies, and then takes the money. This leads him to the world of crime, particularly the Sangseon Drug Rings and Yongsoo Drug rings.
Kwang-Chul is the second-in-command of the drug ring and begins investigating. He eventually discovers Dong’s backyard, where the bodies were buried. Kwang is also accompanied by Officer Joo-Hyun.
The makers have not yet revealed what Season 2 will bring. It will still deliver the same excitement and suspense as Season 1. All questions will be answered.
A Model Family Renewed for Season 2?
Netflix has decided not to renew A Model Family for another season at this point. A Model Family’s (annoyingly opaque!) ratings are a testament to its popularity. It will be interesting to see if they renew the show for another season, given the viewership numbers.

Plot
The Yongsoo Ring is almost destroyed in the season’s first conclusion. Kwang-Chul takes control of South Korea’s drug trafficking. Joo-Hyun kills her mentor at the police station after learning that she is the Yongsooring Mole. Dong-ha is contacted by a telephone call when he approaches the station to surrender.
An anonymous caller threatened Kwang-Chul that his safety and the safety of his family depend on him keeping the phone safe. Kwang-Chul’s conflict with the Sangseon Ring leaders, with the Park family at their heart, will be the focus of the impending season. It is possible that there will be an agreement in the relationship between Dongha and Eunju. Joo-Hyun could be released from prison as her heritage changes. We may find out who controls the Sangseon Ring.
