Assassin Characters Anime
Johan Liebert
Anime : Monster
Johan is technically not an assassin according to the complete definition, which is why he is so low on this list. This, and the fact that his killings are justified by him. Not philosophically or politically. But hedonism, and the desire to be the last man standing.
Johan is a serial killer with mature undertones. He also has a very uncomfortable presence. His murder methods range from brutally crimson-colored to silent and fast. His greatest weapon is his manipulative, corrupted personality.

It allows for near-perfect combat skills as well as psychological planning and hacking functions.
