Blast Wave is a trick used in the game by Katsuki Bakugo.

The quirk allows Katsuki to expel sweat from his palms, which is similar in composition to nitroglycerin. It also allows him to ignite it and produce explosions with varying levels of strength.

Bakugo is able to activate the quirk using both hands, and release explosions that destroy and burn the objects they are directed at. The more sweat he produces, the stronger the explosions get. This essentially means that the longer Katsuki fights, the more powerful his strength gets. But, the quirk may not perform as well in cold conditions, since the colder air speeds up the sweat production rate[22.

Katsuki cannot utilize his trick for long due to the fact that it can cause his muscles to be affected[33. Furthermore, making explosions using both hands simultaneously makes their power disappear between the two hands and result in smaller explosions.
