Futsal Boys!!!!!

Futsal Boys!!!!! is a Japanese anime series and videogame developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is based on futsal. The first episode of the anime aired on January 9, 2022. The anime is directed by Yukina Hiiro and written by Shōji Yonemura.

Futsal Boys- Main Plot

In a world where futsal becomes more familiar, Haru Yamato watches the U-18 world cup and gets inspired by one of the Japanese players, Tokinari Tennōji. He joins the Koyo Academy High School’s futsal team with the motive to become a player like Tokinari Tennōji. He meets new friends at the academy as well as his rivals. He must work hard and coordinate with his teammates to become the player he admires. Can they be one? Will they win the High School Tournament together and play for the National Team?

Haru Yamato

Haru Yamato is the main character in the Japanese anime series Futsal Boys!!!!! After watching the U-18 world cup, he wants to become a player like Tokinari Tennōji. Tennōji grew up in the United States, but to achieve his goal, he returns to Japan. He also joins the Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal Club, where he wears the jersey number. His position in-game, however, is the pivot. A pivot’s main role in the game is to score as many goals as they can. Father of Haru Yama

Ryu Nagumo

Ryu Nagumo is a Japanese anime character from Futsal Boys. Nagumo is a member of the Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal club. Although he is small in height, he plays well and won the top scorer title at the junior high schools tournament. Because of his exceptional game, he is assigned jersey number 3 to be the pivot for the team. He is the most important player in the team, scoring many goals.

Toi Tsukioka

Toi Tsukioka is also a Gakuen High School Futsal Club player and captain. He has lived in Japan for many years, and he returned to Japan. He is currently a third-year student. Even more, he was on a team with Louis Kashiragi and Tokinari Tennōji as a U-18 team. They were named the “Golden Triangle”. He is jersey number 1. Fixo is his position in the team. Fixo has the role of preventing opponents from scoring.

Seiichiro Sakaki

Seiichiro Sakaki is a Japanese anime character from Futsal Boys!!!!! Sakaki is well-known and has played since junior high. His greatest talent is his ability to play at any position. He is also a Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal player and wears jersey number 4. Ala is a defensive player who plays as a defender but not as a pivot. Ala is also known by the names Winger and Wing.

Shuuto Ishimori, a Japanese voice actor, was the one who played the role of Seichiro Sakaki. His projects include Demon Slayer (Dr. Stone), and Vinland Saga.

Tsubaki Yukinaga

Tsubaki Yukinaga is a student at Koyo Gakuen Secondary School. Yukinaga, a third-year student in class C, is the sub-captain for Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal club and serves as captain until Toi Takioka’s return from Spain. As a traditional boy, he doesn’t like technology and fashion. He is often seen wearing his jersey number 2. Ala, also known as Winger (or wing) on the field is his position in the team. Furthermore, he can decorate fabric with a needle.

Taiga Amakado

• Position: Golerio
• Height: 179 cm

Taiga Amakado is a Japanese anime character from Futsal Boys!!!!! He is a Koyo Gakuen High School first-year student. Furthermore, he plays in the Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal Team. Amakado, a native American who had poor communication and eyesight, was previously a player of the Koyo Gakuen High School Futsal Club. He was a former member of a junior high team, but he left because he became a rival with Ryu, an opponent player. His game keeps everyone on the edge of their seats and he wears jersey number. Goleiro holds the position of Goleiro in the team. His primary role is to prevent the ball from entering the goal post.

Sakai Yasunao is a Japanese voice actor who has voiced Taiga Amakado. Aoni Production is his association. His projects include Baki and Fruits Basket.

Satoru Usami

Satoru Usami is a supporting character in Futsal Boys. Usami manages the Koyo Gakuen High School Football Club. He and Tsubaki Yukinaga keep supporting the team until the team’s captain Toi Tsukioka returns from Spain.

The character is voiced by the Japanese voice actor Seiichirō Yamashita. He is also affiliated with Office Osawa. He graduated from the Department of Voice Acting Talent of Amusement Media Academy. He has worked on projects such as Golden Time, Seraph of the End and Horimiya.

Adalbert Gakuen Senior High School

Louis Kashiragi

• Position: Fixo
• Height:178 cm

Louis Kashiragi attends Adalbert Gakuen High School. Kashiragi is also a member of Adalbert Futsal Club. He is also a member of the U-18 national team. He only wants to beat Okazan Futsal Club, the strongest team. Fixo is known for his jersey number 5. Fixo’s role for the team is to defend the score as much as he can. At the moment, Fixo is worried about Yuki, his childhood friend. Apart from playing futsal, he is also an expert at playing the violin.

Momomi Futsal Club

Kyosuke Aiba

• Height: 175 cm

Kyosuke is a Momomi High School student and plays in the Momomi Futsal Club. Aiba loves to laugh at other people and wants everyone around him to be happy. Nozomi, his friend, is where he began futsal. He was attracted to the word “Guardian deity”, which was the reason he played the position of Golerio. Due to his family’s region, he moved from the Kansai region. Rio Hanamura is his best friend after they meet at their high school graduation ceremony. Rio Hanamura, a fashion-conscious girl, is his best friend. He also takes her shopping. Even more, her nickname is “Ai-Chan.”

Kazuki Ura (Japanese voice actor) provides the Japanese voice of the character. Ura is best known in the anime world for his work on Sword Art Online.

Natsuki Sogo

Natsuki Sago, a Momomi High School student, plays for Momomi Futsal Club. Although he is very happy and friendly, he needs to be looked after. He accepted Nozomi’s invitation and began playing football, thinking it would be fun.

Saku Hasami, a student at Okazan Gakuen’s High School. He is very serious in the game and does evil. He admires Tennoji very much. He is a first-year student among the Okazan. He continues to practice a lot in order to improve his game, and to contribute to Tennoji.
