‘Gamers!’ was an anime that brought joy to the romantic comedy scene in 2017. The story was originally based on Sekina Aoi’s light novel. It was then adapted by the Pine Jam Studio into an anime. Pine Jam, a relatively new studio, has been able to make an appearance in front of the public with anime like ‘Just Because!’ and ‘Gleipnir’ in recent years. It seems likely that we will be seeing more of their anime series. Funimation licensed Gamers! It originally aired from July 13, 2017, to September 28, 2017, on AT-X. There are currently 12 episodes and one season. Fans of anime loved the story of Keita, a gamer. Fans are now excited about a new season. Will there be a Gamers! Season 2?

WHAT IS THE PLOTLINE FOR THE ANIME?

Amano Keita is our main character. Keita is a sophomore in high school and has one passion: playing video games. He enjoys playing games on all platforms, including mobile, consoles, and PC. His favorite games are romantic-themed visual novels and RPGs. Tendo Karen is the star of the series. She is a popular high school student with her elegant demeanor, good grades, and a sexy personality. Karen is passionate about playing video games. WILL THERE BE A THIRD SEASON OF GAMERS?

”Gamers!” was released in a single season during the summer of 2017. The confirmation of the second season has not been confirmed for more than four years. Pine Jam Animation Studio or any related company has not renewed anime for a new season. Although anime may return with a new series after many years, we cannot declare this a cancellation. LIGHT NOVEL STATUS

Sekina Aoi wrote the light novels for which the anime was adapted. Saboten illustrated it. In 2015, Fujimi Shobo began broadcasting light novel series. The light novel was published in 12 volumes and was completed on 19/10/2019. It is unlikely that we will see it running again in the near future. The second season is different. The anime’s first season covers 5 volumes of the light novel. We can expect at least one more season. Stock material availability is not enough to determine if a new season will be produced. BLURAY & DVD SALES

For us to enjoy the next season, it is important that we have disc sales from previous seasons. On disc sales for the new season, it is expected that at least 4,000 units will be sold. GAMERS! Season 2 Release Date

Gamers’ debut season premiered on July 13, 2017. It featured 12 episodes. This anime series combines Japanese romance and gaming. Both the audiences and critics loved it. IMDB gave the show a rating of 6.6.

Gamers Season 2 has been on the air for more than four years, and we have yet to hear any news about its renewal. Aside from that, no information has been provided about the cancellation of the show. It seems like Season 2 may be in peril.!
