Whatever your opinion on Jiren, the unquestionable fact that he was created by Toriyama is what matters.

He is far more powerful than Goku Black, Golden Frieza, or any other foes.

The power of Jiren is far greater than anything we have seen in Dragon Ball, with the possible exception of the angels and their abilities.

I have written a previous post about Dragon Ball SUPER Whis. We don’t know how Jiren can pull off such amazing feats.

But, it is possible that some of the Gods of Destruction can do all he did. Again, we don’t know enough about each God’s ability to cause destruction.

Jiren: How Strong is He?

Jiren in Dragon Ball Super Tournament of Power against Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku, also known as Migatte No Gokui. This form is known to be as powerful as a God of Destruction.

Toppo’s statements and Whis’ statements were not enough to make Jiren The Gray a monster. We first see him enter the ring to fight.

Jiren was able to instantly suppress Goku at the beginning of the tournament.

This was done to scare Goku, and he was able to dodge the moving structures that were used in creating the Tournament of Power Arena.

This was Jiren’s first glimpse at his true power. We saw Jiren literally grab Kale, as she was raging, and throw her away like nothing.

This was the first sign of how powerful Jiren was. However, it was Dragon Ball Super Episode 109 and 110 that made this clear. We saw Jiren The Gray fight Goku. This was when we got a real sense of the power of Jiren.

Goku was able to overcome everything except his boost at Jiren. We saw Goku transform into Super Saiyan God, and Jiren was able to block his punches using one finger.

Why is this so significant? Earlier in Super’s anime, Goku was colliding with Beerus and their fists’ collision cracked the fabric of Universe 7.

Their punches rattled all of Macroverse and put the existence of the universe at risk.

This was four arcs prior to Goku fighting Jiren The Gray. Super Saiyan God Goku has a far greater reach than the Goku back in the Battle of Gods Arc, and Jiren blocks him with one finger.

It was nothing when Goku went up to blue, then used blue with Kaioken.

What does this tell me? Jiren is capable of destroying a Universe. He could probably also do it quite easily.

Jiren was able to nullify the Kaioken times 20 from Goku, and he reversed Genkidamas with one hand. A Genkidama getting energy from a strong team member Universe 7.

Jiren’s power in Dragon Ball Super

Jiren’s strength is not only rooted in brute strength, power, and physical strength. This dude can look at you and cause harm, but he also has amazing and high-level speed.

This story revealed that Jiren The Gray had surpassed his God of Destruction. This is Belmond, also known as Vermouth.

People need to understand that Jiren’s power speaks volumes. Beerus was a bit intimidated by Jiren’s incredible power and feats.

Beerus felt a little more threatened at that time. Why is this so significant? Because Beerus was more shocked and intimidated by Jiren’s physique than Zamasu when Jiren shook the universe of a vacuum.

Jiren was even more impressive with two Beerus than that, and that should give you a good idea of how strong Jiren really is.

Only a few episodes were shown in Dragon Ball Super Ep 111, when Jiren showed that he doesn’t even follow a major principality, which is time.

Jiren’s power extends beyond time. Jiren was hit in a Time Cage, which is an infinite loop upgrade to the time skip.

Jiren The Gray couldn’t escape from this place. This was like a 4th-dimensional prison. It is a trap for Dragon Ball fighters. We’ve seen Universe get cracked in the Buu Saga. This is a new phenomenon.

Why? Because we have never seen a character transcend time. Vados, who is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the universe, even states that Jiren transcends all time, is Vados herself.

Remember that he shook the entire universe of void. This realm exists beyond time and is presumably infinite. Jiren was able to shake an infinite, endless time.

We are not surprised that we have the ability to reverse time.

I wonder if Jiren might have a counter move to this? Is there a way to escape the ability to reverse time? Because his power transcends time, I am curious about it.

Jiren The Gray may not be affected by a time reverse.

It will not happen unless Jiren wants it to. It is important to note that Jiren has been trained for decades since the tragedy that shook his family. He is still capable of passing or at the very least getting to the Gods of Destruction level.

From what we know, this dude does not have God ki. He doesn’t have the ability to use God Ki. He’s so impressive, however, that he can surf God Ki.

We didn’t even need it because Jiren was able to go toe to toe with Goku in his Kaioken blue form, as well as Vegeta in his powerful forms.

Jiren’s power level

Remember that Jiren’s power is so great that he was capable of knocking Maji Kayo out of the arena with his pure energy.

It was not even a direct contact. This is another important thing to note about Jiren’s strength. So Goku taps into Ultra Instinct Omen, Dragon Ball episode 110.

Jiren was able to challenge him for only a short time. Jiren was still going toe-to-toe with Goku, but he wasn’t going all out.

It’s actually not known if Jiren even took the fight seriously during the final section of this Arc.
