Elite season 5 was a surprise to fans. It featured tons of drama, sex, and scandal. The show went even further when it revealed that Samu’s body was in a swimming pool and the SIM card had fallen out of his backpack at episode 4. Samuel was a key character in the series’ first season. It is therefore surprising that the show has killed off such an important character. However, anything can happen on Elite and obviously no one is safe.

SAMUEL DIED, SO WHAT?

Benjamin tried to bribe Samu to get the SIM card. He offered Samu a fully-paid pre-acceptance at Oxford and a job with his company. Samu said that he could not be bought and that he would not accept anything Benjamin offered to get the card. Benjamin told Samu that he expected something in return for sticking by him through it all, but Samuel explained that it was because he considered Benjamin a father figure and not money.

Benjamin tried to steal Samu’s backpack while he was trying to get away. Samu fell and hit the edge of the pool, landing on his head. His body fell into the pool, and Benjamin stared in terror until Patrick arrived. His son asked him to get Samu out of there, but Benjamin pulled the phone from his hand when Patrick attempted to call an ambulance.

Benjamin attempted to conceal the body, while Patrick stayed with Samu. Ari was then called to tell him to return home. Rebe, who was in Ari’s company with Mencia, called Omar to inform him of the events. They ended up all at Benjamin’s home, where they confronted the man.

Samu briefly stood up when they arrived and told Benjamin that he had hurt him. Mencia then revealed that she had called the police. Samu collapsed and fell to his knees. Omar and Rebe waited with Samu as they waited for police to arrive. They also showed their anger at the three siblings by staying with them while they waited.

Before the police arrived, Samu was found dead in Omar and Rebe’s arms.

WHAT HAPPENED to BENJAMIN

Everything became blurred slowly after the police arrived. Benjamin was arrested and the siblings consoled one another while Ivan went to retrieve Patrick. Rebe and Omar walked out in the rain trying to cope with their loss.

Is SAMU REALLY DEAD?

Although it appears that Samu has died in Omar and Rebe’s arms, some fans doubt this. His body was not found when police arrived. It seems that we will soon find out if he is actually alive.
