Weather Report, also known as Wes Bluemarine, is Enrico Pucci’s twin brother. Pucci had already deleted his memory disc so he has no memories of himself. Jolyne is his partner in crime, and he hopes to discover who he really was. He is shown as reserved and aloof when he was left without his memories. He was not seen much throughout the anime. After restoring his memories, he became completely ruthless and didn’t hesitate to torture Pucci. He can be classified as “Weather Report” or “Heavy Weather.” He could control the weather and atmosphere around him with the Weather Report. He can deceive people by presenting bizarre weather conditions.

20. Okuyasu Nijimura

Okuyasu Nijimura is Josuke Higashikata’s ally in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable. He was initially an antagonist, but he became a close friend to Josuke. He seems to be an airhead, who hasn’t matured. He is always looking for fun. He is impulsive and can overreact. He cares deeply about Josuke and Koichi, and will give his life to protect them. His Stand is “The Hand”, which allows him to remove space.

19. Koichi Hirose

Koichi Hirose is a friend of Josuke. He is a friendly guy, but he was timid at first. He went through character development and became confident and reliable in later series. He also became more assertive. He is gentle and kind, however. His character development gave him more power.

18. Diavolo

Diavolo is Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Golden Wind’s main antagonist. He is the boss of Passione, and the father to Trish Una. He will kill anyone who tries to reveal his identity. He is extremely afraid of his past being revealed to the rest of the world. He has always kept his identity secret and remained in the shadows. He is cold and calculating and won’t hesitate to kill anyone who crosses his path. His Stand is King Crimson, and can erase time in a 10-second window. It is also very strong in terms of strength.

17. Esidisi

Esidisi is a Pillar Man from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency. He is a confident, cold-hearted man who looks down on humans. He loves making humans look inferior and outwitting them. While he acts calm and composed most of his time, he can also be emotional. Out of all three Pillar Men, he’s second in physical strength. 16. Narancia Ghirga

Narancia Ghirga belongs to Bucciarati’s gang. He is scared, dumb, and childish. Fugo was always violent with him while teaching. He is also not very intelligent with his studies. 15. Iggy

Iggy is a friend of Jotaro Kujo in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. He is a New York mutt who travels to Cairo with our boys in order to meet Dio. He was a snobby, selfish dog that didn’t listen. He did what he believed was right, and put himself in danger. He is proud of himself and is more concerned about his safety than anyone. 14. Bruno Bucciarati

Bruno Bucciarati is one of Giorno Giovanna’s allies in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Golden Wind. He is a reliable and responsible individual. He is a father figure for his team and keeps them all together. Bucciarati is a leader with great skills and is very aware of all that’s happening around him. He is a self-righteous person, but he is also kind to others. Bruno Bucciarati’s Stand is Sticky Fingers, which allows him to create zippers on any object, including his own body parts.

13. Guido Mista

Guido Mista is a member of Bucciarati’s gang. He is a wild and rowdy man with no manners. He is the most casual member of the gang. He is also very stupid and naive. He is not interested in thinking about complex things and prefers to live his life free. He is very brave and will go to war if necessary. Mista’s “Sex Pistols” Stand allows him to redirect intelligent shots from his revolver.

12. Jean Pierre Polnareff

Jean Pierre Polnareff was one of Jotaro Kujo’s allies in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. At first glance, he appeared serious and upright. When he was first introduced, he displayed a lot of chivalry and seriousness. He soon became friendly and happy with our gang. He can be arrogant and rude too. He cares deeply about his gang members, and will even sacrifice his life to ensure their safety. His Stand, “Silver Chariot”, works well in fighting and uses a sharp blade for combat.

11. Noriaki Kakyoin

Kakyoin first appeared as an antagonist in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, but he later joined Jotaro’s gang to save Jotaro’s mother and find Dio. He seems to be calm, composed, and mysterious. He’s also a straightforward and honest person. Jotaro saved his life, and he feels very indebted to him. He wants to repay him by helping. Kakyoin can use the projectile “Emerald Splash” to attack his opponents and extend tentacle-like limbs.

10. Lisa Lisa

Joseph Joestar’s mother, Lisa Lisa, is a powerful Ripple Master. She is a brave and courageous woman who doesn’t care about her own life. She doesn’t fear anyone and will jump onto the battlefield if circumstances call for it. She wasn’t afraid of Kars, and was willing to fight him. She put Joseph and Caesar through hard training and it was because of this that Joseph and Caesar were able to face the three Pillar Men.

Caesar is one of the characters in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. He is a focused, passionate and determined man. He grew up bitter and violent because of his tragic past. He still holds pride in his family’s name. He also shows respect for his teachers and Lisa Lisa. Caesar was known for his charm and he used to have a tendency to be a flirtatious guy with random women. They would fall in love with him immediately. 8. Yoshikage Kira

Yoshikage Kira is Jojo’s main antagonist in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. He is a dangerous serial killer, who has been living in Morioh undiscovered for quite some time. He desired a quiet life in which no one knew about his whereabouts. He would kill anyone who knew his secret. This is exactly why he murdered Shigechi. Yoshikage’s Stand, Killer Queen, allows him to kill anyone using an explosive and wipe them out completely without anyone finding it.

7. Josuke Higashikata

Josuke is the main protagonist of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. He is friendly, laid back, and cheerful. However, he is afraid of his mother. He is very fond of family relationships and shows a lot of affection for his mother. He is also protective of his mother. He cares deeply about his friends and is very proud of them. Because he didn’t spend enough time with her mother and her, he is shown to dislike her father. She changed soon when she learned about Pucci’s evil goals. To bring her father back, she was willing to give up everything. She is bold and brave, but fears no one. Jolyne can turn her body into an instrument with her Stand “Stone Free”.

4. Jonathan Joestar

Jonathan Joestar is the main character of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. He is a gentleman, kind, and loving. He didn’t understand manners until he was told off by his father and Dio while Dio was manipulating him. Although Dio betrayed Jonathan in the most horrible way, Jonathan still loved him and had a soft spot for him. Jonathan is extremely strong when it comes to combat and can easily take out any opponent.

3. Joseph Joestar

Joseph Joestar is the main character of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency. He is a pompous, carefree man that loves to have fun. He enjoys flirting with women, and has a bright personality. He is also passionate and can get easily worked up. Joseph is a Hamon user who can easily confuse his enemies.

2. Dio Brando

Dio is the dominant antagonist in the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure series. He is the one who started it all. He is a charming, manipulative and selfish person that sees only himself. He was raised in poverty and became a deranged individual. He is not only physically strong but also mentally. Many times Dio has monopolized the Joestar bloodline through manipulation of others and his own strength.

Jotaro Kujo is the most loved Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure character. He is reserved, serious, and aloof. He is a blunt person with a strong will to do what is right. He was very protective of his mother, and would take on any danger to save her. Jotaro’s “Star Platinum” Stand allowed him to pause time for a few seconds, before he resumed it.
