The story of “The Terminal List” shifts to Mancora in Peru where Ben is enjoying a swim and sailing his own yacht. Reece appears as he makes his way into the boat’s interior. Ben is not happy or relieved, but he seems sad and regretful. Reece begins with two words: Oberon analytics. Everyone’s fears are confirmed because Ben was the one who took the Alpha platoon to its demise for 20 million dollars. Ben claims he knew Reece had cancer and tried to give Reece and his men an honorable death. Season 1 of The Terminal List: Why Did Ben Betray Reece Reece? Season 2 Predictions

Reece is devastated and says that he doesn’t believe Ben was behind Lauren’s death. Reece is reassured by Ben that it’s all okay and he urges him to complete the list. Reece pulls out the gun and takes his time shooting Ben down. Reece’s recurring dream replays. Lucy asked him about death and what would happen if he didn’t return from his trip. Season 1 of The Terminal List: Why Did Ben Betray Reece Reece? Season 2 Predictions

Reece has removed Ben’s name off the list. He then takes one last look at the drawing of her daughter, kisses it and lets it sink into the ocean. Then we see that he is plotting a route to Mozambique’s Niassa Province. Why? Is there more work to be done? The title list is complete.

What is he going find in Mozambique? Maybe he’ll just lie down there or maybe that’s where brain surgeons are best and he’ll get better. These eight episodes of “The Terminal List”, while not the best, are so great that it doesn’t need a second season. It’s perfect. It tells the whole story. But, if Pratt and Fuqua really want to continue James Reece’s story, I hope they have a good reason.
