Amane will be happy to discover that everything is going smoothly at her party on the 21st episode. Ran becomes worried when she discovers her favorite sweet shop may be in danger. Narcistoru is determined to continue his fight against his opponent. Kokone will defend his opponent.

Delicious Party Precure Before Episode 21

Episode 19

Just a few seconds before Black Pepper arrived, I noticed that Cure Finesse had not known of Cure Finesse. Although it’s not a crucial moment for our heroes, it can create tension. We see this during the fight against this week’s monster. Black Pepper rushes to Cure Precious’s safety, while Cure Finale seizes his thunder. He even carried Precious out of harm’s reach. We don’t see any reaction from Black Pepper.

But he seems confused and lost. His next major plot point seems to be to discover how Finale will alter his role during fights. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, since it could very easily result in a more coordinated role for the five of them…assuming Mari’s past with Cinnamon doesn’t get in the way. This plot is likely to be one of the most important. While we don’t have any other information than what is obvious, Amane joining the team gives us an important piece of information: the Bundoru Bon stole the Recipe Bon from Mari while he was younger.

He was shocked by the shocking news because he believed that Cinnamon, a CooKingdom member, had taken Recipe Bon. Because this was Takumi’s dad, it explains why he decided not to try to clarify any misunderstanding. We knew he had made a mistake but the details were not clear. This opens up tensions between Black Peppers and the rest. Mari did not believe Cinnamon was a problem; he believed he was an active traitor to the CooKingdom.

If he believed this, then most likely the rest in his kingdom did too. Takumi wouldn’t want to help those his father treated so badly in the eyes of his compatriots. Takumi may be in it for Yui but he already distrusts Mari. This is something you should be keeping an eye on. Finale blends seamlessly with the others, seamlessly blending with other Cures to provide coordinated attacks and help. It is fascinating to see the two sets of girls, each with equal success.

Amane and Kokone make a great team to bake cakes, while Yui and Ran work well together. Precious, Yum-Yum and Spicy complete the task through their teamwork. It’s a great way to demonstrate that they are a solid group. They are capable of changing partners depending upon the mission and still coming out victorious. Ran and Amane could have a one-sided relationship. However, Yui and Kokone’s presence helps to balance their divergent views of life.

While all Cures work well together, this feels the best. I wonder where Black Pepper/Takumi is going to end up as the plot thickens. Narcistoru may have some information about their teamwork. Gentlu’s appointment to Cure Finale has made Gentlu mildly amused. However, he might be feeling a little angry because Amane is busy discussing the Bundoru Gang, the CooKing, and the CooQueen. He already has his own rants about her switching sides. It’s not surprising that he would try to follow Dairuizen’s lead and stop harassing her while they are going along. Although given the plot of next week’s episode – table manners – maybe he’ll just show up and burp the alphabet at the table or something. You never know what you can expect from villains like him.

Episode 20

Ah, table manners, a thing which in my house means “keep taking the cats off the table” and in one memorable Thanksgiving, “don’t let your sister just eat a stick of butter for dinner.” (In her defense, she was five.) Amane is a master at dining etiquette. Kokone listens to her parents inviting all her friends to their excellent restaurant. The problem is immediately recognized by Kokone. Yui and Ran aren’t particularly skilled at fine dining.

Although it’s entertaining to see her panic at the possibility of her new friends being let loose in a fancy restaurant, the best thing about Miss Amane’s Impromptu School of Manners are the lessons it teaches us about her character. She is not only meticulous but also values social norms. She is passionate about making sure that everything runs smoothly, and she doesn’t make anyone feel embarrassed. Because she is meticulous and wants everything to run smoothly, she makes a great president of the student body.

Ran and Yui must not make mistakes. This could cause stress for Kokone, and make her unable to introduce her family members to her friends. She hopes to make the evening a success. Respect the rules. But not only. It’s something I feel Kokone will be able to pick up. This episode is about Amane bonding with Kokone, and getting to know each other better. Kokone is thrilled that Amane insists that Ran and Yui know how to behave in her family’s restaurant.

Amane is also fascinated at the many sides of Kokone that she sees when they visit the Rental Dress Studio. Kokone may be more comfortable with Amane than Yui or Ran, but he loves Yui and Ran. Ran is calmer and more peaceful than Amane. Ran can be quite overwhelming. Yui’s slight flakiness might make it stressful to both Amane and Kokone. It is crucial for both the team and the girls to allow them to bond. They could have more to their relationship. However, it is still significant that Amane & Kokone are shown at the end as a final pairing in the same fashion that Yui & Takumi were.

Takumi: Let’s all take a moment and laugh at his silliness popping out of a bush during Narcistoru’s attack. There is a good explanation for it – he doesn’t want the girls and Mari to know that he’s Black Pepper yet, so when he saw something starting to go down, he could easily have just jumped back there – but it really feels like he was already in the bush when Narcistoru showed up. They were embarrassed by Narcistoru’s white suit. He was astonished that they looked so overdressed. Or maybe he is just a fan of shrubbery.

He was able to look cool while he fought, charging in to kick this week’s Motto Ubauzo to bring it down for Cure Finale. Finale’s fight left Precious and Yum-Yum feeling exhausted. Narcistoru still hasn’t succeeded, but his monsters are getting stronger, polite greetings as well as Secretoru’s (and his) hesitancy in performing the Bundoru gesture notwithstanding.

While it was disappointing that Kokone’s parents could not be there to see her friends, the episode did a solid job of strengthening the team’s relationships. Amane still has questions regarding Ran and Yui. Perhaps next week she can get to know them better. Ran’s excitement is what brings Amane’s favorite sweetshop to its knees when Ran is in danger.

Ran is concerned that her favorite sweet shop might close. Ran will speak out about her worries and her friends will support her in finding a solution. Ran will be joined by other guests to create a plan for promoting the shop in Delicious Party Precure episode 21. Amane suggests that they take videos of the shop to spread word. The other members will be training for a fight. Narcistoru will attack his opponent. Kokone will defend another person.
