Ultraman Season 3. Ultraman is a Japanese science-fiction television series that was created by Eiji Tsuburaya and aired on TBS from 17 July 1966 to 9 April 1967. After Ultra Q, this is the second Ultra series. The Japanese Scientific Patrol, a military unit consisting of five members, is responsible for studying and countering the actions of extraterrestrial creatures that threaten Earth. Hayata, the series’ human protagonist and member of Science Patrol, meets an alien named Ultraman. The alien gives Hayata the Beta capsule that allows him to swap with Ultraman during the Japanese invasion. Ultraman’s vitality is rapidly decreasing and he has only three minutes to defeat the monster.
