The anime also highlights Koro Sensei’s background, which aids viewers in understanding his side of the story. Koro Sensei was born an earth-born alien as a result of the experiment. Knowing his expiration date, he used that information to help him fulfill his promise to teach Aguri. It’s an emotional ride for everyone, but the finale is just what viewers want.

Season 2 of Assassination Classroom is Over

The death of Koro Sensei

The final section of the Assassination Classroom contains some of the most heartbreaking parts. Episode 24 shows Koro Sensei becoming weak after fighting Yanagisawa’s Reaper. The students decide to kill him, despite their indifference. As his beloved students hold him down, Koro Sensei says goodbye to Karasuma & Irina.

Koro-Sensei finishes his final roll call, he reflects on his wonderful experience as a teacher. Nagisa shakes his knife in his hand, it is clear that he seems reluctant. Koro Sensei helps Nagisa calm down and lets him deal with the devastating blow to his heart. The students are shocked to see Koro Sensei’s glowing body and mourn the fact that Koro has gone.

The Class 3-E Graduation

The anime ends with the graduation of the students. Students find their diplomas and graduation albums when they visit their classroom. Koro Sensei also left behind a personalized guidebook. The time spent as Koro-Sensei’s students by Class 3-E students is over. All Class 3-E students are present at the graduation ceremony.

Nagisa learns that Koro-Sensei helped his parents reunite, which was one of the most touching scenes. Multiple reporters attempt to reach the victims and get more information about the assassination as soon as the event is over. Students from Class A intervene to help the reporters and make sure that old rivals don’t cause a scene.

There are many changes that occur afterward, including the resignation of the school principal and the changing of the guard at the school. Also, the anime shows that Karasuma (and Irina) move on with their lives. It shows that the Class 3-E system is finally abolished as time moves forwards.

The reward money was also given to the students. The money is used to purchase the right to the old campus and to donate to schools and nurseries. It is also given to the government. They also save a fair amount for education and living expenses.

Seven years later: Where are they now?

It takes seven years to complete the anime. The characters finally meet up at the old school to catch up after seven years. This shows how eager they are to share their old memories as well as new ones.

Nagisa is a former student and does not attend the school’s reunion. He is currently teaching his own class of seemingly incurable delinquents. He appears to be a trainee teacher in a municipal school. The anime shows Nagisa using Koro Sensei’s teaching skills to correct his class of delinquents.

Spoilers ahead!

The end is near for Class 3-E. But how? What happens to the students when they graduate? Will Koro-sensei die? Will the Earth be saved?

There are many more secrets to be discovered before that. The first is when one of the students attempts to pull off another assassination. This latest assassination is more dramatic. It involves a huge pit and tentacles. These are their tentacles that they have been hiding from the world for years.

Koro-sensei then tells his story. He was an assassin who was known as “The Reaper” back when he was captured by Kotaro Yanagisawa and was subject to experiments. This scientist is someone that the class recognizes but uses a different name. Yanagisawa, the older sister of the latest tentacles user and Yanagisawa’s abuser, was engaged to Aguri Yanagisawa. She was also Class 3-E’s first teacher and had terrible taste in T-shirts. The experiments on Koro–sensei progressed, but eventually things went wrong.

After hearing all the details, Nagisa decides he doesn’t want to kill Koro–sensei. This causes a split within the class. So, Koro-sensei decides that there should be a fight between those who want him to live, led by Nagisa, and those who would kill him, led by Karma Akabane. They then unite to continue the next stage of their plan, which includes a brief trip aboard the International Space Station to obtain some information.

The series finale is quite emotional. We are shown how Class 3-E will handle Koro-sensei and whether or not they kill him. There may be some tears when Koro-sensei makes his final roll-call. There are many other fascinating stories in the collection. The truth about one student’s identity is revealed. We also learn how Koro-sensei got to be the creature he is today. It’s exciting to see the big battle between the class and their plan to send two of their students into space.

The Story: The story continues from season 1. The story continues where season one left off. Koro-sensei is in his ultimate defense mode, and the children return from their island vacation. We see them return to school and they have another exam battle, which feels kind of boring.

If I may say so, it was a very well-done show. The background arc was foreshadowed by the Reaper story, just as it did for the Reaper story. It also foreshadowed its final arc. It took forty-plus episodes to complete the background arc and left you wondering if Koro-sensei would be assassinated at the end. You wondered if there was another way.

The ending is not spoiler-free, though I felt it was emotional and well-done. It was a little too long for me, but I don’t know if it would have been any better. This is a strange situation, where you want it to be shorter but you are also happy with its length. The back half of the second season was my favorite. The first half of the second season was lighter than you’d expect from Assassination Class, which has light humor and a positive atmosphere.

Outro:

Season 2 of Assassination Classroom is a must-watch series. This is the place to go if you are a big fan of season 1, or if you want to see what happens next.

It’s time to say goodbye to Class 3-E’s assassins. They graduate and go on with their lives. Personally, I look forward to meeting more of these fascinating characters in Koro-sensei Q’s spin-off.
