When Will Deaimon Anime Season 2 Release Date?
Nagomu Irino moved from Tokyo to pursue his dream to become a musician. However, his father becomes ill and Nagomu returns to Japan to take over the family’s wagashi shop Ryokusho. Itsuka Yukihira, a young girl who lives with the Irino family and is Ryokusho’s poster girl, is the perfect candidate to succeed Nagomu. Itsuka is given Nagomu as her mentor. However, Itsuka treats him harshly because he once declined to take over the shop. He soon begins to see her as a different person. Fans are expecting a new season, so when will Deaimon Anime Season 2 Release Date be?
WHEN WILL Deaimon Season 2 RELEASE DATE?
Deaimon was originally a Japanese manga series that Rin Asano wrote and illustrated. It began serialization in Kadokawa Shoen’s Young Ace in May 2016. It has been published in 12 tankobon volumes under the Kadokawa Comics Ace imprint as of October 2021.
In April 2021, a TV anime adaptation was announced. The series is being produced by studio Encourage Films. It features Fumitoshi Okizaki (A Centaur’s Life), Hitorijime My Hero, and Love Rice as directors. Sakae Shibuya (Is the Order a Rabbit?) handles series composition. Ren Takada composed the music and BLOOM was credited with being chief animation director and character designer. Maaya Sakamoto’s “Sumire”, and Deaimon’s “Koko ni Aru Yakusoku”, are the anime’s opening and ending themes. The anime will be shown in Japan at Tokyo MX and KBS Kyoto, premiering on April 6, 2022, AT-X.

Nagomu (Voiced By: Nobunaga Shimazaki)
Nagomu left Tokyo to follow his dream of being a musician. But when his father becomes ill, Nagomu returns to Japan and takes over the family’s Ryokusho candy shop. He is an apprentice and loves Japanese candy. He is kind-hearted and hardworking.
Itsuka Yukihira Voiced by Kozue Yuki
Itsuka, a 10-year-old girl who lives with the Irino family and is the face of Ryokusho. Because of her hard work, Nagomu’s dad has recognized her as the rightful heir to his candy shop. She plans to take over the business one day. Nagomu suddenly returns home and she is her rival.
Heigo (Voiced By: Rikiya Koyama)
Heigo, Nagomu’s father, is also the owner of Ryokusho. He regards Itsuka as his rightful heir and treats her with love as if she were his daughter.
Fuki Ohara
Fuki, Nagomu’s mother, is the proprietress at Ryokusho. Itsuka is her worry because of her rigidity, so she asks Nagomu to be her mentor.
Masa Tatsumi [Voiced By: Hiroshi Iwasaki]
Masa, a Japanese candy confectioner who has worked at Ryokusho for many years, is an experienced Japanese candy maker. Nagomu is his “Bocchan” nickname.
Otsuru-san (Voiced By: Satsuki Yukino)
Otsuru, a Ryokusho employee, runs the teahouse with Fuki.
Saki Seto (Voiced By: Takuma Nagatsuka)
Saki, a young confectioner, works at Ryokusho. Saki is concerned about the possibility of taking over the family’s manju shop.
Mitsuru Horikawa (Voiced By: Minori Suzuki)
Mitsuru, a high school student, works part-time for Ryokusho. She’s a skilled worker and helps her younger brothers take care of their parents. She enjoys music and uploading videos online.
Kanoko Mattsukaze (Voiced By: Minami Takahashi)
Kanako, Nagomu’s ex-girlfriend, breaks up with him after he decides to take over the family shop. She quits her job to move to Kyoto.
Hiiro Wisaichi (Voiced By: Saori Hayami)
Hiiro graduated from Ecole de Patisserie de Tokyo and came to Ryokusho as an apprentice. She is a perfectionist.
Tomoe Yukihira Voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
Itsuka’s dad is Tomoe. He is a musician, who arrived at Ryokusho through a friend, but then disappeared, leaving Itsuka behind.
