In Attack On Titan, Hizuru or Heazul is a country in the East.This nation, which has been in decline since the Great Titan War, is Eldia’s only ally.

Heazul had been an ally of the Eldian Empire before the War of the Titans. So, Heazul invited a member of the Azumabito Clan to remain on Paradise. He stayed there after the war and started the Asian lineage at Paradise.
The Eldian Empire fell, and Heazul’s influence in the world declined. Heazul was then subject to the global domination of Mahr.

MARLEY ARC
The island of Paradise is a remnant territory from Eldia and seeks allies after crossing the ocean. Kiyomi Azumabito was appointed Heazul’s ambassador after Zeke Jaeger had informed her of the existence of a descendant from his Paradise clan. Although the purpose of the meeting was to meet Mikasa, the ambassador expressed great interest in the island’s natural resources. After negotiating several points of agreement, the two countries formed an alliance. Heazul, however, did not make any effort to assist their Paradise ally in establishing trade and political relations with other nations as they wanted to keep a monopoly over the island’s resources.
After the end of the war between Mahr and the Middle Eastern alliance, Mahr invited many countries to a festival in Revelio. Kiyomi Azumabito was there as a representative from Heazul.
After the battle for Revelio, she travels to Paradise where Daris Zackley welcomes her. She sends Eldia her congratulations. He also stresses the importance and ties between the two countries.
