Ninjutsu

Kakashi could use any of the 5 nature transformations. He could also use Water Release to create massive torrents, water dragons, or defensive walls. Earth Release allows him to move underground for sneak attacks, or build walls to protect himself and his enemies. Lightning Release was his affinity, which enabled him to create his own jutsu, Chidori. The latest is “Purple Lightning”, which he uses in Boruto. He was also able to summon shadow clones and summons, as well as being skilled in Fuinjutsu. Although he may have lost the Sharingan, his Ninjutsu set should not be destroyed. Genjutsu

Although the Sharingan can improve one’s reaction time, it doesn’t increase speed. Kakashi was fast and could keep up with 6th Gate Guy. Although losing his Sharingan will greatly affect his battle speed, I don’t believe it has affected his speed.

Strength

Kakashi’s battle style isn’t based on physical strength, but he was able to hold Zabuza’s blade “Kubikiribocho” while using it in battle for an extended time. He didn’t seem to be bothered by its weight throughout the battle. This feat is all we know about Kakashi’s strength, and should be comparable to his post-war self.

Intelligence

Kakashi ranks among the top in intelligence. Kakashi is among the few to have graduated from the academy as a young man and quickly rose through the Ninja ranks. He was able to create his own “Chidori” jutsu and has since created many related lightning techniques. He is a brilliant strategist and can quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of his opponent and then determine how to exploit them. Because of the years of experience, he should be even more proficient now.

Defense

Kakashi lost an important aspect of his defense, “Kamui”, which allowed him to teleport away any incoming objects. This was seen many times against Sasuke and Pain. He is still able to use multiple nature transformations to build large defensive walls that are strong enough to defend him against incoming attacks. These abilities should be retained.

Summoning

Kakashi has his own pack of ninken that he has raised since they were puppies and can summon them to him using summoning jutsu. They can be summoned at any time (some or all), to retrieve items, restrain targets or deliver messages. He uses them more often to track, pick up trails or seek out targets that he doesn’t know where. They aren’t battle-oriented but they can still be very useful.

Chakra

Kakashi admitted that he had low chakra reserves. However, he increased his chakra reserves and was able to use his Kamui and other lightning methods more often than usual without exhausting his chakra reserves. We can’t prove it, but it seems like his reserves have increased.

Stamina

Kakashi no longer needs to worry about the Sharingan’s techniques rapidly draining his stamina. Even with the Sharingan and its techniques, Kakashi was able to fight for long periods in the war arc despite having been given Kyuubi chakra from Naruto. He should now be able to fight for longer than he has ever before.

We can see that Kakashi hasn’t lost the Sharingan. He should still be able to use many of the techniques that he copied from the Sharingan, even if he is unable to use them all.

What Tier is Hokage Kakashi ?

Because of his skills, I will say that post-war Kakashi has become “Mid Kage”. The main power that would have made it difficult for high-kage characters, “Sharingan”, is gone. He was able to use the Kamui which is a very dangerous weapon. Without it, he might have lost the ability of many of the techniques that he had copied. You should also look at High Kage like Mu, Jiraiya and Kisame. He wouldn’t have much chance. He is therefore in mid-kage with Konan, Mei and Deidara.
