Sasuke Uchiha is a character from the hit manga NARUTO and a member of the famous Uchiha clan from the hidden village of Konoha. Both the protagonist and antagonist of the manga, Sasuke proves to be the most ambiguous character in the verse.
Although strange, his ninja way was sometimes beneficial to him thanks to his power gains, including the Rinnegan which was his greatest achievement.
However, with the loss of the Rinnegan to Momoshiki, the intrigue is growing. How Strong is Sasuke Without Rinnegan?

Sasuke’s overall strength with Rinnegan

Half of Hagoromo’s chakra was given to Sasuke, and he awakened a Rinnegan within his left eye. This Rinnegan contains the patterns for six tomoe. This eye, in addition to the Rinnegan’s power, retains Sasuke’s left Mangekyo Sharingan capabilities, including the ability to cast eye genjutsu as well as the ability to use Amaterasu.

The Rinnegan is a powerful and visually skilled chakra. The Rinnegan is able to see the flow of chakra through the body and can also see invisible barriers.
The Rinnegan allows for rapid mastery of all Jutsu and the five basic nature transformations. It is the only Dojutsu that can fully decipher the Stone Tablet of Sage of Six Paths.

Six Path Techniques

These techniques can be used by Sasuke to see unreachable targets, repel Infinite Tsukuyomi effects and transform his Susanoo into an instrument for Tailed Beasts’ chakra, similar to the Demonic Statue on the Outer Path. These are the techniques:

Deva Path

The Deva Path gives you the ability to control forces, attract and repel people and objects. Another ability granted by the Deva Path is Chibaku Tensei. This allows you to create an enormous earth body out of all surrounding matter.

The Asura Path

The Asura Path allows users to upgrade their bodies to summon mechanized armor, ballistic weaponry and other mechanical weapons.

The Human Path

Rinnegan users can read the mind of any target by placing their hand on their target’s chest or head. It can draw the person’s soul from the body. However, this technique kills the target at the end.

The Animal Path

Rinnegan users have the ability to summon many animals and creatures through the Animal Path. This method of summoning creatures does not require blood sacrifice or hand sealing.

The Preta Path

The Preta Path allows the user to absorb chakra in all forms. This ability is used to protect you as it can absorb your chakra by physical contact.

The Naraka Path

When using the King of Hell, the Naraka Path grants two main abilities to the user.

The King of Hell is a large head that sticks out from the ground and is surrounded by flames. He is also equipped with the Rinnegan and the shared field of sight. The Naraka Path also has the ability to fix any damage.

Rinnegan can use the Outer Path to gain control over life and death. This power allows the user to revive the dead using the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique. However, it comes at the expense of their life.

This path allows one to create black receivers and transmit their chakra to them. The user can then bind any person they touch. The user can remotely control and reanimate the bodies by implanting black receivers in the corpses.

Amenotejikara

After being blessed with the power from the Sage of Six Paths, Sasuke is able to use Amenotejikara as a time-space technique. This technique allows Sasuke to swap the locations of two targets within a specified range. It is his most commonly used technique.

Sasuke first uses the Amenotejikara Teleportation Technique using his left eye. This allows him to move between spaces, causing the object he is aiming at to switch places. This technique can be used to escape restraints or bind an enemy.

Sasuke then has the ability to target other objects or individuals using this technique to move them into another area of his environment. This technique can only be used if the opponent is within a certain distance of Sasuke.

After using the technique multiple times, Sasuke finally got his Rinnegan.

Space-Time Ninjutsu

Space-Time Ninjutsu is a technique that allows users to manipulate the space/time continuum. It allows Sasuke to perceive time distortions, but it is not known if he can reverse them.

He can manipulate a point in space to instantly warp any object into a dimensional vacuum and teleport it anywhere he chooses. He can summon creatures and the ten sealed monsters.

Space-Time Ninjutsu allows him to bypass any Barrier Ninjutsu because barriers are only able to span the dimensions they are placed in. He cannot also prevent Space-Time Ninjutsu Users from fleeing to a dimension void.

His Space-Time Ninjutsu was advanced enough to allow him to travel through dimensions as an adult.

Pattern recognition

Sasuke’s Rinnegan is unique and has several abilities, one of which is pattern recognition. This helps him analyze the patterns inside the codes and, by comparing them to similar patterns, decipher what is written.

Shinra Tensei

Shinra Tensei can be used in the Deva Path of Rinnegan. This technique is only available to those who are able to manipulate the five basic nature transforms. A “repulsive force” is created by the user, which repels all other objects.

Sasuke has awakened his Rinnegan, and mastered the Five Basic Nature Transformations .

Sasuke’s overall strength without Rinnegan

Now let’s see what happens to Sasuke without Rinnegan.

Range of techniques

Most of Sasuke’s powers do not rely on his Rinnegan but only on his own techniques. Indeed, even without his Rinnegan, Sasuke keeps the powers he had before the meeting with the hermit Rikudo. That is, Chidori, all forms of Katon, Kirin, Amaterasu. As well as these have increased with experience.

Clearly, he can use Genjutsu and see the chakra in its color. In short, the loss of Sasuke’s Rinnegan does not weaken him in any way. There was no chakra in his Rinnegan, he used his own chakra. He was using this Rinnegan for the ninja world, not for personal gain, and so the loss of Sasuke’s Rinnegan affects the whole world but not Sasuke in particular.
