Rikiya Yotsubashi Re Destro

In MHA, Rikiya Yotsubashi, also called Re-Destro, is the director of Detnerat and the commander of the newly formed Liberation Army, which he was secretly leading. Also, he is the descendant of the main villain Destro as well as being the principal antagonist in the Liberation Army storyline.
