Teen Wolf, a series about a shy teenage boy who is suddenly transformed into a werewolf, was aired from 2011 to 2017 on MTV, which is a script-averse channel. It is loosely inspired by the 1985 film of that name and was a huge success for the channel.

Teen Wolf aired for six seasons, technically. Seasons 3, 5, and 6, however, had two parts each. They were designated A and B. Scott and his friends face a new supernatural foe each season while trying to navigate high school life. The show features many different creatures, including banshees and kitsunes.

But the star of the show is the titular adolescent werewolf. The series aired 100 episodes in total, which is a great achievement for supernatural teen dramas. MTV has spoken about the possibility of reviving the series several times. Here’s what it means for a future revival.

Season 6 of Teen Wolf brought Teen Wolf full circle

The Anuk-Ite is a terrifying monster with two faces. This episode features the final season’s finale. It is found in Native American mythology, especially in the folklore about the Sioux. The Anuk-Ite looks a lot like Medusa. The Anuk-Ite’s eyes can turn you to stone if you look at them.

This is definitely something to avoid. Scott is preoccupied all season with deciding what career he wants and mentoring Liam Dunbar, his beta, so that he can become an alpha one day. This gives the Anuk–Ite an opportunity.

Gerard Argent is the other antagonist in the season. He is a familiar face that the pack encounters many times throughout the series. The dangerous clan is gone by season 6. Chris, Kate and Gerard Argent are no longer a family. Reed, who plays Allison on the show, quit to pursue other projects. Her character died at the end.

Everything came together

Apart from the stone transformations, we’d say that it all started with Argent filming his daughter Kate. It continued from there with Scott apparently gouging his own eyes. What is the worst thing that can happen to a man in one episode? It turned out to have been quite smart, as he couldn’t even look at anyone.

Scott caused enough distractions with his series of events that Stiles could come in and eliminate the show’s Medusa. Eventually, all were freed from their stone prisons. We saw our heroes finally get the upper hand.

The finale is a great example of gunplay. If you enjoy characters defeating demons, it’s likely you loved it. The important thing is that Gerard and his crew were defeated and the town learned how to stand against hate.

We had to find out if the characters would be able to survive the attack with their minds and bodies intact. Scott was able to regain his eyesight thanks to old-school romance. Although everyone seemed happy, the final scenes revealed that Monroe was still around and had people. Although the show did not necessarily end the possibility of more stories in this universe’s future, it seems that the current generation is complete.

All in all: Teen Wolf

This episode had some very funny moments, as well as the sad and nostalgic. For example, Jackson discovering Lydia’s powers and Lydia and Stiles finding out that Jackson and Ethan are actually together. The Coach appearance was outstanding. Gerard uses fear from the Anuk-Ite as a rallying cry for Beacon Hills, and to wage a war against the supernatural. Chris, despite Gerard being his father, isn’t a fan and fights against Gerard in the final battle. Scott is also being fought by Kate, a were-jaguar. As the season moves towards the finale, it’s a complete who’s who of Teen Wolf villains.

Jeff Davis, the creator of the series, tried to bring back as many characters from the past as possible at the end. He succeeded. In the finale, you’ll see characters who haven’t been seen in a while like Jackson (Colton Haynes), Ethan (Charlie Carver), or Derek. Stiles returns to Beacon Hills with them to save Gerard and the Anuk Ite.

only appearance in season 6 B part B is at the beginning when he arrives at FBI training. Stiles, the actor playing Stiles, was injured in a serious accident while filming Maze Runner’s final film.

He spent much of season 6 part B recovering from his injuries. He was able to return to the finale, playing a crucial role. Stiles discovers that Derek is being pursued by the FBI and convinces them to let him go. They reunite, and they return to Beacon Hills to assist Scott.

Davis stated that he wanted more people to return, like Daniel Sharman, who played Isaac. However, he was filming in Mexico for Fear the Walking Dead, a spinoff of The Walking Dead. It is clear that Davis had a vision to close the narrative circle for season 6. Apart from Gerard Argent being resurrected as a primary antagonist in season 6, Davis managed to get as many former guest stars as possible — injuries and schedules permitting. We would have seen more Teen Wolf actors at the dramatic finale if he had his way.

Scott and his friends fight the Anuk-Ite, Gerard and successfully defend the town. Stiles and Lydia rush to one another after the fight. Malia (Shelley Hennig), who is Scott’s girlfriend, kisses Scott, kicking off his healing process. Scott rescues Alec the new werewolf and invites him to join his pack at the end.

Scott states that hunters will continue to pursue them and they’ll need to defend themselves and other werewolves like them. It is clear that Scott’s story will continue, and the ending gives Davis and MTV an opportunity to return to that world at any time. It turns out that that was the plan, as the revival rumors began to fly shortly after Teen Wolf’s final episode.

Cast members are open to the possibility of returning. Posey sent an email to MTV asking for new Teen Wolf episodes. He said he was ready to return at a moment’s notice. Posey’s sentiment was echoed by many of the cast members when they gathered for a reunion special.

Davis revealed that there had been talk of a spin-off featuring Kira Yukimura (Arden Cho), but no plans have been made to put this project in development. Scott and his family might return to your screens with the help of such a dedicated cast and many fans. Teen Wolf’s ending offers plenty of hope in this regard.

Teen Wolf Series: Finale: Who lived, who died, and how did it all end?

The gang defeated the Anuk-Ite, a term we don’t even know how to spell. Gerard (Michael Hogan) won the fight with his daughter Kate (Jill Wagner). Monroe (Sibongile) was expelled, but everyone survived without too much damage (or any permanent damage they couldn’t heal).

It was both a conclusion and a beginning. It was beautiful. We had creator Jeff Davis call us to answer our questions and to listen to our thoughts as we discussed our final thoughts. But we also have to discuss all the amazing moments that the finale provided us.

The Return of Stiles, and Derek

Although it was already known that Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) and Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) were returning, that doesn’t mean that they are any less charming. After Stiles found out that Derek was on FBI’s most wanted list, Stiles managed to get onto the op that was supposed to take him out.

There were some disagreements over who saved whom (the truth is that Stiles had to be carried out by Derek after his toe was shot). They arrived in Beacon Hills just in the right time to assist with the cliffhanger fight. However, there wasn’t enough time to save Deucalion (Gideon Emery). RIP Deucalion.

However, there was time for a wonderful reunion when Stiles, Lydia (Holland Roden), and Jackson (Colton Haynes), rescued Jackson from Monroe’s care. He didn’t need much help, as he still had his kanima story. Stiles felt threatened, but Jackson quickly explained that he was with Ethan (Charlie Carver), Ethan had been in danger and they needed Ethan to rescue them. The refrain of “You and Ethan?” was repeated a lot. Stiles was the one who repeated it, but Lydia said, “Oh my God, I thought you’d never figure that out.”

Stiles saved the day at the end of the hour by bombing the Anuk-Ite using mountain ash, and then destroying it. It was excellent.

Davis explained that there were three important things in the Stiles finale. Davis explained that Derek had a funny scene, that he was awkward with Lydia, and that Jackson was there for him. The last was that he had an amazing moment that was filled with mountain ash. While

I was glad to get all the moments in, I wanted to ensure that Scott’s story didn’t get overshadowed. 6A was a story about Stiles, about the memory of Stiles, about the character Stiles. With the finale, 6B, I sat down with the writers and said that Dylan O’Brien would not be joining us for this season. Let’s instead focus on Scott McCall, the teen wolf. We must give him his ending.
