He is a Saiyan with sharp, defined eyes. As other Universe 7 Saiyans, he was born having a prehensile and brown-furred long tail. However, it was permanently removed by Yajirobe.

A Saiyan cannot attain Super Saiyan 4 unless they have an adequate power level to become a Golden Great Ape or Broly’s variation and regain control of the form. This form cannot be accessed at will. The user must be exposed to Blutz Waves each time they want to transform. However, Goku, which is only available in GT, is a special case that can access the form whenever he desires. After eating the Dragon Balls, the ultimate Shadow Dragon, Omega Shenron, was created. Omega attacked Goku’s family and friends to make him fight harder. Satan and Trunks. Goku is shocked when Vegeta tells him that he has the right tool to reach Super Saiyan 4. Vegeta becomes a Great Ape thanks to Bulma and the Blutz wave generator. He appears to be losing control and starts crushing Goku. Vegeta claims he was just fooling them and transforms into a Golden Great Ape and then a Super Saiyan. Everyone is stunned by the power of the Super Saiyans 4, and Bulma and Chi-Chi have a regular quarrel about who is the best.

CONCLUSION

Unfortunately, although Vegeta Super Saiyan 4 is a monster of power, it has not been exploited by the author. The transformation itself was under-exploited as his power level was so high in my opinion.
