Disney+ opened the doors to a new world of possibilities, alongside the multiverse adventures of Spider-Man in No Way Home and Doctor Strange In the Multiverse of Madness. This is how What If …? was created. A spin-off of the comic series that debuted in 1977.
What if Season 2 Release Date: When will it be available?
The next season of What If …? has yet to be released. is yet to be announced.
It’s still scheduled for release in 2018. We bet that Season 2 will drop on Disney+ in August 2022 after San Diego Comic-Con 2022. It’s logical to continue the same pattern as the previous episode, which was released in August 2021.
Do You Trust This Date?
It seems impossible to release the second season on July 20. There have been no trailers, posters or TV spots for the second season What if and there has been no official word from Marvel about when it will be released , other than a mention here or there.

It is important to note that What if season 1 wasn’t the most well-received MCU project. The pacing, storylines and apparent disregard for established MCU rules were all criticized by the audience. The show is still a lively and fun installment. One would think that Disney+ would like to promote it a bit before launching it on its platform.
The streaming service has a good track record in releasing movies and shows with little to no hype, but for a property like Marvel, they might want a little more attention to get it noticed.
What if Season 2 Cast: Who will it feature?
Marvel has confirmed that Jeffrey Wright, The Watcher, will be returning to the series. The anticipation over who will be appearing next is already exhilarating, as A.C Bradley, the show’s creator, told Entertainment Weekly that there are “hopeful hints” of Shang-Chi, Eternals, and Black Widow characters.
“What If is the fun part of What If ? Bradley said that the best thing about What If… is that we can explore the infinite multiverse.”
“I would love to play with all these characters and, as much as Captain Carter loves me, we have to share the love. I am very excited to share new worlds and new heroes.

What if Season 2 plot: What’s the story?
The plot details for Season 2 are still being kept secret, but A.C Bradley, the head writer, reiterated his previous comments to Slash Film regarding where he would like to take the show next.
Bradley spoke out about the idea of new characters and said that he was looking forward to Season 2. I don’t know if Shang-Chi is interested, but I would love to play with him. I would like to hang out with some Black Widow characters. We will be following new characters and new stories.”
Season 2 will contain an episode from Season 1. This Season 1 episode featured Gamora just before she joined the Guardians of the Multiverse. Bradley said that this was also being considered. It will happen in the second season. You can see the end result.
In a brief glimpse, Doctor Strange showed the Multiverse of Madness the dazzling realms throughout the entire MCU. We also spent some time with The Illuminati. They are a multiversal peace-keeping organization made up of Black Bolt and Captain Carter. Reed Richards was another notable participant.

Although John Krasinski was confirmed to be a fan-casting role, it is possible that Krasinski could play Krasinski as a variant of the entire Fantastic Four team. If you’ve been following Ms. Marvel then you know that the MCU is only just beginning.
