Kakeru Ryuuen, the representative class of Class 1-C, is well-known for being a notorious delinquent. His class is not led by trust but by fear. His fearsome reputation is aided by a small group of henchmen.
Kakeru is a delinquent at Advanced Nurturing School and causes trouble for all who come in contact with him, especially the members of the lower classes.

Kakeru, a young man with average height, has shoulder-length magenta hair which is styled on both sides and bright magenta eyes that strike fear and trepidation upon anyone he meets. He is also slim and muscular.
He wears the school’s standard uniform in the light novel. His attire in anime is a standard red jacket with a black shirt and a buttoned black shirt.
Personality
Kakeru is a reprehensible and blameworthy person who loves to cause trouble for others. This was evident when he and his gang intentionally caused conflict.
He is also very sadistic. After his men had held Ken down, he appeared as though he was about to attack him. Instead, he flipped him on the head and laughed at his fear. He was very brutal as he grabbed a glass bottle from his men and struck one of his followers in the head. He showed no regrets. He is open to using his followers to accomplish whatever goal he wants, such as controlling the school or having fun. He also shows disrespect for certain characters and is insubordinate.
Kakeru, despite his intimidating and dangerous appearance was sharp in his thinking. He was quick to tell Honami Ichinose that he had done it out of self-defence. Unexpected strategies would emerge, such as when he and a follower attacked another injured follower. He failed to capture Ken Sudo for assault and expelled him. He chose to not fight Class 1-A in the presence because he knows that Arisu isn’t able to at the moment.
Plot
Kakeru first harasses Ken and his gang members where Kakeru voiced plans for Sudo. However, the near brawl is stopped. He sees through his lies and threatens security if he does not stop his acts.
Abilities
Kakeru, an notorious hooligan, has many followers. He is the representative of his classes and leads them not out of loyalty but fear.

Despite his violent tendencies and tenancies Kakeru has been shown to be a very intelligent person. He was able to persuade and forge an alliance, despite the fact that he is prone to violence. In order to gain points for his class, he also set up spy camps in the respective classes of 1-B and 1-D to obtain the identities of the leaders. This was done to get more points due to his contract with Kohei.
He was eventually able to convince Kohei that he should join his class, and that he should leave Class A. This was by appealing to the complicated relationship he had with Arisu Sakaanagi. His leadership and presence in the class are what makes them competitive against other classes. Without him, the class would have been in constant chaos.
Physical Disabilities
Kakeru has proven to be very powerful, as he was capable of intimidating and having complete dominion over Daichi Ishizaki. Ishizaki was a well-known middle school delinquent who had seen his fair share fights. He was also not afraid of picking fights and was capable of frightening Ken, another delinquent. He can also be seen physically harming MioIbuki and overwhelming her, despite her martial arts skills and being the second strongest girl in her class. He didn’t even try to kick her, for instance.
