In Mha, Kenji Hikiishi, also known as Magne was a Villain associated with the League of Villains as well as a member of Team Genesis.

In Mha, Magne is a transsexual female. Her male traits were still evident with a muscular, large body with a round jaw, with small signs of a beard. Her hair was dark red/magenta, long and straight. Her lips were full and pink, and she had triangular sunglasses with white frames that covered her eyes. She had a dark orange, unbuttoned t-shirt, a white tank top with a v-neck, blue jeans and a belt, with dark brown flat shoes.

In My Hero Academia, Magne had a savage and violent personality, like an infamous criminal. Magne had joined the League in order to live her life fully as a woman, as she chose to live. That’s why she refused to accept the position of an Overhaul subordinate. Magne demonstrated incredible ability and quickness in making deductive skills, for instance, when she realized that Izuku Midoriya was the one that had been defeated by Muscular and had to be taken out of the action as soon as possible, and also when she suggested pursuing those students who saved Katsuki Bakugo.

Magne was proven to be an extremely skilled Villain, assisted by an effective Quirk in defense or attack: Magnetism. With the assistance of two friends who were of the same gender, Magne could make them magnets to make them fight each other off and throw them at high speed at opponents. Magne can also draw enemies in the dark and draw them closer to strike them with pinpoint accuracy.

As per Tiger, Magne had earned the reputation of being responsible for several serious crimes including 9 armed robberies, three murders, and nearly 29 attempts at murder. In the fight, she was able to deflect a variety of blows from Tiger and effortlessly get around one of his pointless shots, even though Tiger has a lot of strength. • Night Cannon for Repulsion and Separation Magne attracted two persons who were of the same gender to repel one another and kept one of the two. The other one was repelled with incredible speed.
