Chitose is a blonde woman with long, pale lavender locks that sway to the left and full lips. She also has blue skin. The unusual feature of her eyes is that they have a completely black sclera with bright pupils and irises. They are also framed by long eyelashes and wrinkles.

She wears a dark strapless dress with long sleeves and an X-shaped belt that has a circular buckle at her waist. Chitose wears a fur-collared, unbuttoned jacket for the Renewal Celebration.

Chitose, also known as the Superpower Liberation Army, is an inquisitive and passionate journalist. She takes Rikiya Yotsubashi’s advice to heart. She believes stories that are based on face-to-face interviews are the best way to influence readers. Even battles can be used as an opportunity to ask questions about Chitose’s personality and motivations. Biography And History

Superpower Liberation Army Arc

Chitose is with other leaders from the Superpower Liberation Army during a meeting in which Re-Destro announces his intent to destroy the Super-Villain Alliance. She discusses Detnerat’s recent entry into the hero business during the meeting.

Later, in the battle against the Superpower Liberation Army, she fights Himiko Toga. She continues to “interview” Himiko about her past and her motivations for joining the Alliance. Himiko says that she lives normally and that she doesn’t believe her. She then tells Himiko that her fascination with blood made her destined to be a villain.

Himiko gets tired of hearing her and retaliates. She delivers an explosive blow that briefly stops Himiko from moving. She informs Himiko that she will be a human sacrifice and that her death would be recorded in the sacred texts of their new age. Himiko runs away, taking the disguise of Ochaco.

She tries to stop her but Ochaco develops a new power that allows her to use Ochaco’s Alter. Himiko sends her waltzing through space by Zero Gravity and she is then crushed to the ground after Himiko releases her. This blow causes Chitose to die.

Himiko Toga

Chitose admitted to being fascinated by Himiko Toga’s story, even as they fight for their lives.

Chitose would like to find out how and why Himiko, a nice girl, became a serial killer. She says she has interviewed her parents, former high school friends, and her parents. This led to Himiko becoming a villain and was suppressed by hero society.

Toga is almost killed by her repeated hits with her Alter. However, she is caught off guard when Himiko transforms into Ochaco Uraraka and uses Zero Gravity in order to lift her up into the air and send her plummeting from a dangerous height. She can only think of how amazing the article she will write about Toga, and she smiles in pure euphoria while she falls.
