In My Hero Academia, Nine is a villain that has nine different Quirks and is the principal villain in My Hero Academia – Heroes Rising.
Appearance Nine My Hero Academia
In My Hero Academia, Nine is an average-sized man. He is also thin and has grey, rectangular eyes with white pupils. His straight, white hair extends to his shoulders, but leaves his face unaffected.
The most distinctive feature of his is the massive black mask that runs from his nose to his body, with four additional pieces that run across the side of his head. The darker patches are affixed to the neck and are covered in purple. He wears a gas mask that is decorated with seven gray nails that surround the mouth, and cylindrical protrusions that hang from his shoulders.
Additionally, he wears full-body armor that is the same design, comprised of black plates that cover the entire body, leaving only his fingers exposed. He also wears a purple dress and shirt underneath his pants.
In the past, Nine is known to have worn black sneakers, black trousers, and a white jacket that was soiled.

Personality Nine Mha
In Mha, Nine thinks that a superhuman society is one where the power of one’s personal Quirk is the sole indicator of an individual’s worth. Nine believes that villains and heroes are irrelevant. In the spirit of pure power is all that is important, Nine was willing to go through any testing required to enhance his own ability.
Capabilities
All-around abilities: Although the extent of his abilities are currently not known, Nine is said to be powerful due to his many Quirks.

Quirks
Weather ( Qi Xiang Cao Zuo Kisho Sosa) Nine’s primary Quirk lets him control the weather. He is able to create destructive storms within a matter of seconds and make a massive tornado with his own body at the center.
“All for One ( oruhuowan Oru Fo Wan) The second Quirk permits him to get other people’s Quirks to make them his own. It is possible to steal up to 8 Quirks. He doesn’t know whether he is able to transfer one of these Quirks to another. Nine received the weaker form of All For One after he found himself compatible with The All For One Quirk factor. However, this Quirk was believed to increase the consequences of his initial Quirk and make him deplete more quickly.
- Scanner Nine can recognize others’ Quirks and gauge their level of power.
- Air Wall: Nine can build several levels of clear barriers constructed from air. This allows him to stay protected only in one direction at a given time.
- Index Gun Nine is capable of shooting purple lasers with his fingernails.
- Hydra 9 can summon huge blue dragons that he is able to manipulate at any time. It is common for him to summon two at a time however, he is able to summon more in the event of needing them.
- Cell Activation This modification lets Nine trigger cells within his body or in the body of another which stimulates regeneration and repairs damaged cells. This is however only applicable for people with a specific blood type.
