Doctor Strange is the creator and analyst of the future. He has a wealth of magical artifacts to his disposal and a brilliant-level intellect. Wanda, however, is a passionate sorceress who lost her lover and brother to conflict.

Chaos Magic Vs. Eldritch Magic: Wanda
The MCU has less magic and it all boils down to energy manipulation. Eldritch Magic was created by the Masters of the Mystic Arts. It relies on the ability to remember complicated spells and create tangible energy. It takes extensive training to become a skilled Sorcerer. Even Steven struggles to master this skill.
Wanda, unlike Doctor Strange was born with her chaotic magic abilities and has had to practice them all her life. The Mind Stone gave Wanda’s Chaos Magic a significant power boost, giving Scarlet Witch the ability to create spontaneously and the energy to take on Thanos alone.
Doctor Strange: First Class Travel
One of Doctor Strange’s most distinctive moves involves his portal creation abilities. This allows for tunnels to be carved through time and space, allowing for quick relocation. These portals are able to travel through the Multiverse and open doors to other dimensions that might not be possible. His mastery in Mirror Dimension Magic greatly increased his options, allowing him to transport potentially devastating battles to a safer place in an alternate dimension.
Although Scarlet Witch can teleport, it is not her preferred move. Steven’s methods of transport are faster and more effective, but Scarlet Witch is often seen levitating.
Telekinetic Talents Wanda
Scarlet Witch’s psionic power can manipulate on a molecular basis, making it very dangerous for anyone who is under her influence. Wanda is one the few beings that can damage vibranium. Her telekinesis gives Vision, Thanos and other humans a run for there money. Wanda’s ability to move through space allows her to have a greater battle potential, and she has almost unlimited weaponry.
Doctor Strange may be able to telekinesis but he doesn’t seem to use it much, other than when obtaining valuable artifacts from their owners.
Intelligence Level: Doctor Strange
Steven is a remarkable intelligence level even by doctor’s standards. He’s a modern-day Einstein with an exaggerated ego! Because of his photographic memory, the Supreme Sorcerer is able to retain large amounts of information. This makes him an ideal candidate for spell casting.
Scarlet Witch is not dumb, but it does require a high level of emotional intelligence (aka EIQ) to be able to read people and make her illusory Hypnosis as effective as possible. It is not worth instilling, say, arachnophobic hallucinations upon the Hulk as he will likely smash the imaginary eight-legged attackers away.
WANDA: Powers of Levitation
While Doctor Strange fans may love the eccentric personality of the Cloak of Levitation , it is a fact that Doctor Strange can’t defy gravity without it. Steven must make a plan in order to retrieve the Cloak or continue without his levitating powers.
Wanda’s ability to fly stems from her psionic energy, which she radiates from within. It is a delicate balance of upward thrust and gravity that gives Wanda her flying abilities. Wanda’s skills increase and she can travel greater distances, lift heavier objects, and even fly with them, regardless of their mass.
Doctor Strange: Time Manipulation
The Master of Time title is not a battle, and Doctor Strange is the only one who can claim it. Scarlet Witch can alter the timeline but her powers cannot be used in the real world.
Steven must rely on the Eye of Agatto and the Time Stone to manipulate time. He is effectively able to create change anywhere in the universe. Steven gave up these skills to save Doctor Strange when he surrendered the Time Stone.
Wanda has healing abilities
This would be a disadvantage for Dr. Steven Strange. Wanda can help Vision rebuild his body through her ability to telekinetically revive Vision on a molecular basis. Yes, this trick can be used on humans as well.
Steven’s Hippocratic Oath has been altered by Steven’s acceptance of his powers. He doesn’t seem to use his magic to treat the sick or the wounded. This isn’t a bad decision. All the Sorcerers agree that too many magical interferences will cause significant disruptions to the timeline, potentially resulting in disastrous consequences.
Defensive Maneuvers: Draw
Sometimes, it is better to avoid attacking the enemy head-on. Both Doctor Strange and Wanda are capable of creating energy shields. However, Scarlet Witch’s defenses seem to have a greater surface area than her colleagues’. Steven’s ability to evade danger is impressive. He can quickly create a portal if a quick departure is necessary. Steven can alter the structure of an attack to create a harmless kaleidoscope full of butterflies.
Scarlet Witch’s mental manipulations should not be underestimated. Her hallucinations can make her target immobile, lose in a battle within their own minds, and render them virtually ineligible. Wanda can influence the movements of her targets once she is under hypnosis (as was the case with Sokovia’s mass evacuation). The force Scarlet Witch isn’t just for Mind Stones. Wanda can also use her energy absorption to reduce the impact of an imminent attack. She can also confer her slaying powers on her friends, boosting her team during a crisis.
The Battle Of Earth: Scarlet Witch
Doctor Strange wasn’t a useless soldier during the Battle of Earth. However, he was more of an observer rather than a combatant. Steven was assigned the crucial task of predicting all future outcomes. Steven did not take part in much action and, when he finally met Thanos, his Eldrich magic was no match for him.
on the other side, Scarlet Witch managed to make Thanos sweat while she hammered him with a torrent of grief-fueled attacks. After taking out his Double-Edged Sword Wanda starts slowly to rip apart Thanos piece by piece. If the diabolical Sanctuary II had not intervened, Scarlet Witch could have won this battle.
Flaws and Weaknesses: Wanda
Wanda’s seemingly endless supply of psionic abilities is only limited by her ability to focus and endure. While some skills can be physically taxing, others require extreme concentration. Wanda can be distracted or limited in her abilities, but Wanda can still perform as well as any human. Her emotions can also impact her abilities, and Scarlet Witch unintentionally has hurt innocent. However, Wanda’s intense feelings can give her a boost of strength, as was the case with Vision’s passing.
Doctor Strange is able to stand his ground but he relies heavily on his tools. There are many OP artifacts at his disposal. Each one has its own perks and purpose. However, objects can be lost, stolen or broken leaving their owners without any additional support. Also, Eldritch magic relies heavily on spellcasting which can be difficult and complex. Although it is true that what has been learned cannot ever be forgotten, the ritual can still be incorrectly performed (and perhaps at the most crucial moment).
