Inside Man is a drama-thriller television serial developed by Steven Moffat. The series, consisting of four episodes, premiered on 26 September 2022 and was broadcast on BBC One before releasing on Netflix.

What can we expect from the second season of Inside Man?

There hasn’t yet been confirmation of an Inside Man season 2. S1 episodes 1 and 2 just dropped on BBC One and iPlayer Monday and Tuesday (26 and 27 September), with two additional episodes due next Monday and Tuesday.

Season one is still airing so we may have to wait until season two. Any potential avenues for S2 depend on the outcome of the last two episodes and whether there is any story left.

Inside Man Season 1 Recap

Harry, the funny vicar, is a decent person and a good family man. He is friendly with his colleagues and cares about everyone. He is a perfect man, but pretends to be better. He listens to loud music alone while driving. Janice, however, transforms the music into a very smooth one once he is in his car. Music can tell a lot about a man’s character. Harry is a lover of chaos, but he suppresses it before others. disturbing character.

He is suicidal, and is trying to heal from his past. Edgar will be taken to jail if Janice informs police about the USB stick. Harry doesn’t want this. He wants Harry to learn from his mistakes and be a better person. Janice on the other side is vocal and protests. This is evident in the character’s beginning. Harry is aware that Janice will not leave the house if Harry doesn’t do something. Although his instinct is for chaos, his personality tells him to be polite. Harry panics after the emotional disaster pushes him over the edge.

Panic can cause scary mistakes and unavoidable accidents. Harry makes mistake after mistake. Janice must first break Janice’s phone. Janice starts screaming and he pushes Janice. She falls down the basement stairs and slips. Later, when he confronts Mary about everything, he says that he will take the police to tell Edgar that the USB stick belonged to him. Mary informs him that no one will believe him after the things he did to Janice. Harry is in serious trouble. How deep is it? We’ll have to wait until “Inside Man” episode 2.

Inside Man season 2 Release Date

Before we can get any information on a date for the second season, we will have to wait until it is confirmed. The first season was released on 26 September. However, considering the production time, it is likely that a second series won’t be available until late 2023. This page will be updated as soon as we receive more information.

Inside Man 2: Plot

It’s difficult to predict what Inside Man season 2 will be about at this time. However, if it continued from the mid-credits sting at season 1, then it would definitely be taking a different course.

Janice visited Grieff and asked for his help in killing her husband. She said that he “should” be dead.

Grieff was open to the idea, which would be strange considering his past lack of interest in cases that didn’t have “moral worth”. Perhaps he really believes that her husband is worthy to die.

Season 2 could continue this storyline, with Janice having Grieff assist her in her attempt at murdering her husband. It is unclear how this would turn out, but it would seem that Grieff would be able to solve a different case, and not involve Harry Watling (David Tennant).

Inside Man Season 2 Cast

If Inside Man returned, the one character that we would most like to see back would be Jefferson Grieff by Stanley Tucci. His character would make the best sense as a connecting thread.

If season 2 followed up on the mid-credits scene from season 1, then we would expect Dolly Wells to return as Janice, Atkins Estimond and Dylan Baker as Casey, and possibly Kate Dickie, Grieff’s associate Morag.

It is still uncertain if Harry Watling, David Tennant’s son, will return.

His story seems to be over, as his character is now behind bars for Janice’s attempted killing. Grieff suggested that Harry might be the one he finally talks to about his murder of his wife. We could also see more video calls between them, but we would expect a smaller role in the future.

We could see more of Louis Oliver, his son Ben, if he were to return. However, it is unlikely that we will see Lyndsey Marsh’s Mary after her tragic death.

Another uncertain Lydia West’s Beth Davenport. While she could be back to Grieff for further interactions, for now it seems that their connection is complete.

With that in mind, we expect the following cast members to be back if Inside Man season 2 happens:
