In hxh, Zushi is a young participant in the Colosseum of Heaven. Later, he becomes one of its Floor Masters. He is Wing’s favorite disciple.

APPEARANCE Zushi HxH

Zushi is a boy with average height. He has short brown hair and bushy brows. He has large hazel eyes. He wears a karate uniform with a red belt. Under his suit, he wears a black shirt.

STORYLINE Zushi HXH

COLOSSEUM OF HEAVEN ARC

In hxh, Zushi is a fighter, prodigy and an expert in his own right. His skills are comparable to 1 in 100,000 people. He is however quickly overtaken by Killua and Gon, who possess skills that are found in 1 in 10 million. His goal is to climb the Colosseum of Heaven.
To blackmail Killua, Gon and Riehlvelt, he was abducted by Sadaso, Riehlvelt, and Gido. Killua threatens them with death if they cheat again, but their plans are thwarted by Killua. To continue his training, Zushi remains with Wing after Killua and Gon leave the Colosseum.

THE LAST MISSION

Zushi is then made one of the Colosseum Floor Masters and prepares for the Battle Olympia. However, Jed and other On users attack the tower. Zushi was supposed to confront Candiru but instead Gaki, one of Jed’s men, appears and brutally beats Zushi. They then helped evacuate the crowd from the tower, along with their master and Biscuit Krieger. The Battle Olympia is held the following day after Jed’s defeat. He wins his fight against Candiru.

SKILLS AND POWER Zushi HXH

In hxh, Zushi is more powerful than any normal boy his age. He can use Shingen-Ryu Kung Fu without Nen to defeat an opponent that is much larger than him. He strikes quickly and accurately, which he does by using Shingen-Ryu Kung Fu. He is also very strong and can withstand many of Killua’s attacks without falling. Hunter x Hunter: The Last Mission shows that his combat skills and Nen have improved to the point where he is a Colosseum Floor Master. He was the only Floor Master capable of injuring Gaki (an On user).

NEN

Zushi is still learning to use his Nen, but he has already learned the basics. Zushi was able to perform the water test and proved himself to be a Manipulator.
