In My Hero Academia, Kugo Sakamata, better known as Gang Orca, is a professional hero. He is the Japanese Hero Ranking’s #11 hero.
Appearance Kugo Sakamata
Kugo has the physique of a killer whale. His eyes are located near the white spots of these animals, and show large pupils that are surrounded by many red rings.
His costume is a plain white suit and pink tie. An orc mask doubles as his cape.

Personality Kugo Sakamata
Kugo seems friendly to his fellow heroes despite the fact that he has only made a small appearance so far. He was relieved Tora had been able to rescue Ragdoll and Best Jeanist. They also joked about Kugo’s confidence in his abilities.
Kugo is a “villain” who can be dangerous and ruthless when needed. Also, he enjoys teaching others. He is an examiner and has a personality that is very similar to a drill sergeant. In addition, he can shout at his subjects and patronize and insult them, making it impossible for them to have an argument or get their heads sorted out. He only directs his character towards those he feels are important and is polite to all others.

Raid on the Super-Villain Alliance Arc
After Katsuki Bakugo has been captured by the Genesis Squadron, Super Villain Alliance, all the other heroes, including Kugo, are enlisted in the team and ready to start the strategy meeting with All Might, Endeavor, Best Jeanist and Edgeshot.
Mount Lady shatters the warehouse’s front and, with Tora and Kugo, they invade the partially damaged warehouse and capture all the Brainless. Tora saves Ragdoll. Naomasa Tsukauchi is informed by Best Jeanist that the warehouse had been cleared. All For One suddenly appears, and Kugo tells Tsukauchi not to move but to stay right where he is. The villain is held back by Best Jeanist and his alter. The warehouse is destroyed before he can take action.
Gang Orca survived Best Jeanist’s attack. He recovers and resumes his activities.

Provisional License Exam Arc
Gang Orca is the terrorist leader during the second round. Gang Orca and his merry band begin to attack the candidates in an attempt to stop their rescue maneuvers.
Remedial Course Arc
Later, he is appointed to the License Course for Hero License Interim Exam students who fail the second phase. Kugo passes all students who took the course including Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo and Inasa Yoarashi.
Paranormal Liberation War Arc
He is with Majestic during the war.
Skills & Abilities Kugo Sakamata
Orc:
He can use his abilities on land and has the ability to mimic a killer whale. One of his abilities is the ability for opponents to be paralyzed with ultrasound. He also has extraordinary strength.
