Money Heist Korean Season 2. Netflix released Money Heist: Korea Joint Economic Area June 24, 2018. Popular K-drama tells the story of Money Heist: Korea Joint Economic Area, the original Spanish series by Netflix (Spanish: La Casa de Papel). Six episodes of the remake were released on Netflix. Each episode is approximately an hour long. Money Heist: Korea was #1 in 10 countries as of July 1. Fans are now wondering if there will be more episodes. If you are one of these fans, this is your guide to when Money Heist: Korea Joint Economic Area will be back on TV.
Recap Of Money Heist: Korea Season 1
The mint is, in fact, the Korean version of the Royal Mint of Spain. The first six episodes focus on the heist that Professor (Yoo Jitae), and his crew pull in and around the area. How does it all end and what does that mean? Here’s the ending to “Money Heist” Season 1 Part 1.
Woo-jin, the Professor are facing domestic trouble
The Professor is revealed as Park Sun-ho (Kim Yunjin), the unassuming cafe manager, who also happens to be dating Seon Woojin (Kim Yunjin), the South Korean police officer involved in the hostage crisis. This adds tension to the situation as they work on their relationship, while Sun-ho is Woo-jin’s arch enemy. This is because he’s not a gentle-mannered guy in a cafe. The Professor’s nickname is much more than what it seems in the first part of “Money Heist Korea – Joint Economic Area”.
He is actually a real, learned man who played an important role in unifying Korea. It is not clear if the entire clumsily executed Unification Plan was a clever and manipulative long-term con to obtain the 40 trillion won or if it’s a way to right his wrongs. One thing is certain: The Professor is not always what he appears to be and always has an advantage. Still, Anne managed to slip Anne a message at the end of Season 1 Part 1. The Professor may have some crisis management to do depending on how much of Anne’s original message is still intact.
Berlin’s story could be ending in death or glory

One of the most significant departures from “Money Heist” is Park Hae-soo’s volatile Berlin. Pedro Alonso’s portrayal of the character is that of the Professor’s (Alvaro Morte), terminally ill brother who dies in the first episode. The Korean character’s real identity is Song Jungho, a North Korean fugitive labor camp survivor. Berlin plays one of the most significant roles in Season 1 of “Money Heist Korea Joint Economic Area”. He convinces the public that the heist crew never intended to harm hostages. However, the police are fully prepared to actively endanger everyone except the U.S.
Anne Kim (Lee Siwoo), the Ambassador’s daughter. He also undermines police plans to publicly prove they killed an officer who posed as a hostage, since he had not actually killed the man. Alonso’s Berlin is a fan favorite character on “Money Heist”, to the point where he will get his own spinoff in 2023. It’s possible that the Korean version of this character is aiming for a similar legacy. And judging from the fact that he was played by Haesoo, who you may remember as the calculating Sangwoo in “Squid Game”, the makers of the show might have big plans for him.
There is also the possibility that Berlin may be heading towards a brutal, shocking end. As much as he is a fan favorite, Season 2 sees the Spanish version of the character die. Although the Korean Berlin is a bit different than the original, he is still the gang’s field leader, and a wanted fugitive. His chances of a happy ending are slim.
The show may feature feelings and hunches in the future

Part 1 of the Part 1 finale is a tough one for Woo-jin, as Berlin completely upends Woo’s plans to prove that the gang had harmed hostages. The Professor does something very unusual when he realizes how miserable she’s in life. He asks her to leave the stressful task force. This makes no sense, but it is all the more understandable when you consider that he appears to be falling in love with Woojin, initially just a target. This could prove to be costly, as a criminal mastermind caught up in a delicate operation cannot afford to feel emotions. Woo-jin will likely not approve of the Professor’s shady antics if he slips, regardless of his true motives. The stakes for the Professor are higher than ever.
The Professor might have already made a mistake in revealing that he is the only non-official who has access to the tent. This made Cha Moo-hyuk (Kim Sung-oh), a disgraced North Korean officer, suspicious of him. Episode 6 ends with Moo-Hyuk facing Sun-ho. Aside from that, it seems strange for the meticulous Professor that Sun-ho’s clumsy behavior drew suspicions about Moo-hyuk. This cliffhanger could easily be transformed into another surprising plot twist in Part 2 of Season 2.

Money heist Korean Season 2 Story

The series, which is both a remake and a spin-off/continuation of the Spanish TV drama, sticks to the original plot and cast of characters. Yoo Ji’s character Tae, a brilliant criminal thinker and strategist, plans to steal similar to the ones in Spain on Korea’s newly united peninsula. The operation involves both desperate people and strategists with different skills and traits. They must also deal with unusual circumstances. Thieves have overrun the mint in a united Korea. The police and the mysterious mastermind behind the hostage taking must stop them. Storyline of the first season is slightly different from the main program. The political ties between North Korea and South Korea are given more attention.
Money Heist: Korea Season 2 will focus on Professor Lee and his efforts to push for more economic reforms, if the series is selected. It’s possible that the six episodes we are speculating about will be the ones shown on Netflix. It is therefore premature to discuss the plot of the sequel. Was there a heist? Can the friends survive? The show must continue if they are to survive. The plot’s continuation is up to the writers. We can be certain that we will keep you updated about the situation.
