Reo Mikage is the main supporting character in Blue Lock (Manga).

Reo is the Mikage Corporation’s heir, his assets totaling 705.8 billion Japanese yen, or $6.8 trillion dollars. Before he entered Blue Lock, he attended an elite high school. There, he made his first friend, Seishiro Nagi. He began playing soccer with Nagi shortly thereafter, due to Nagi’s incredible skills and Reo’s desire to excel in football. He is a young man who has everything. His only wish is to win the Football World Cup.

Reo was part of Team V when he arrived at Blue Lock. He was the best player in his stratum and was considered to be the best player on that team. Reo was a Blue Lock Eleven center-back against Japan U-20. He currently serves as the center midfielder for Manshine City, in the Neo Egoist League.

Appearance Of Reo Mikage Blue Lock

Reo is a tall, strong young man. Reo has long, purple hair that reaches his chin (shown in official colored art). He usually wears his hair in a high bun with two strands of hair framing the face. Also shown in the official art, he has bright purple eyes.

Reo is wearing the blue-striped standard-issued bodysuit (black with blue stripes), and the tracksuit at Blue Lock. Reo wore Team V’s #9 blue jersey, and Team V’s gray-capped boots during the First Selection. He wore Team Red’s #10 shirt, which was later changed to white. He wore the #10 and #10 blue jerseys of Team C during Third Selection. Reo wore a blue-colored Blue Lock player uniform and the #14 during the match against Japan U-20.

Personality of Reo Mikage

Reo is charismatic, social and happy. He was a popular high school student, had many admirers, and made many friends. He was also a top student and took part in many sports activities. He found his life boring due to how easy it was to achieve his goals. So he set out to make a career where he would have the responsibility to fight for his goals and prove his existence. To win the World Cup, he played football and paid to take care of Nagi.

Reo was optimistic about his team’s win at First Selection. However, when Team Z began scoring on Team V and shutting them down, Reo became aggressive and frustrated. He even went so far as to foul someone. Reo became utterly lost when Team Z won the game. Nagi chose to join Isagi’s Team White, instead of waiting for him to find another player. He refused to believe that Nagi, a genius, would choose to play with him. 

He spent half of Second Selection focusing on Nagi’s return, only to lose the crucial match and nearly lose Nagi as his friend. Reo finally accepts that he is not a good player and tries to let go of his stubbornness. He vows to be stronger and stay close to those who matter to him, and to help him reach his World Cup goals. Reo finally let go of Nagi’s materialistic attachment and realized what he needed to be strong and stick with his friend. He vowed to be the best striker in the World along with the top Blue Lock players.

Reo takes his football career seriously and makes sure he has all the necessary resources to learn as much as possible. Reo is meticulous and analyzes every player’s strengths, weaknesses and tactics. This gives him a wide tactical and strategic mind.

Abilities Of Reo Mikage Blue Lock

Archetype

• Box to box midfielder: Box-to-box midfielders are responsible for almost all aspects of the game. As they must cover the entire pitch, they require a lot of stamina and passing skills. They’d be at one end of the pitch, helping the attack and then returning to defend their penalty area. They are usually central midfielders, but they could be any midfielder.

Reo has been a starting point and anchor for every major play his team has performed. He is an excellent player who can organize plays based on his knowledge of the players on the field as well as his football experience. Reo, who has been playing in Japan’s U-20 football team and trained with England’s Manshine City soccer team, has developed a unique style that combines all of the skills he learned from his positions to create a versatile player who is able to start any type of play.

Dexterity Although Reo has not been involved in soccer since he was a youngster, he is extremely skilled in all aspects of the game. Reo is skilled in passing, shooting and ball control, among other things. He is also very athletic, and has good stamina. He is considered a “Jack of All Trades” because he is an excellent and well-rounded player. Reo’s stats are almost perfect if the majority of Blue Lock players have very low skill levels on certain stats, but high skill levels elsewhere.

The Chameleon ( Fu Xie Bian Huakamereon Kamereon ^? ) : Reo’s all-round skills, soccer sense and excellent soccer skills and 99/100 stats across all of his skills allow him to imitate the talents of other players. Reo utilizes his almost perfect skills to understand how other people, who have specialized abilities, can produce certain abilities. This understanding allows him to create these abilities by himself. Reo cannot copy abilities and skills beyond his physical capabilities. This is a problem because it does not allow him to replicate extreme physical moves such as Hyoma Chigiri’s speed or Ryusei Shido’s extreme physical moves.
