How Can Naruto Fly?
Yes. As ridiculous as it sounds, Naruto gains the ability to fly/float in the air with full control near the end of Shippuden. How? Flying is an ability granted by Six Paths power, which Naruto receives from Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (The Sage of Six Paths) during the war arc. Why? Because it’s badass.
Naruto uses his ability to fly throughout the Kaguya fight and it is shown that his clones are also able to fly.
Naruto can even use his Truth-Seeking Orbs (overpowered black balls) to form a platform that others can use to float, as can be seen when he gave one to Sasuke while they were fighting Kaguya in her lava dimension:

Boruto: Can Naruto fly?
Even more confusing was the movie that followed Naruto Shippuden. However, thanks to Boruto, fans now know that Naruto has the Six Paths Sage Mode. This can be seen when he used several Tailed Beasts Chakras against Delta and even managed to fly in many of his fights.

Is Naruto still able to fly?
He still can fly as in Naruto the Last. He flew when Toneri was defeated in the village. He flew when Toneri returned to Hinata and Toneri’s realm. He also flew when he was fighting Toneri on the moon.
Can Sasuke fly?
They won’t. Pain, Madara, Sasuke, or his paths cannot fly through the Rinnegan or levitate through it at any point. It is not mentioned anywhere, plus in the final fight with Kaguya, Sasuke had Rinnegan and still couldn’t levitate and eventually Naruto had to help him to stay above in the air in Lava Dimension.

Is it possible that Boruto could surpass Naruto?
