Wanda 838 chased Strange, 838 Dr. Palmer and Chavez to capture the girl. She used America’s power to send Christine Palmer and Doctor Strange to another universe.
Their universe was in ruins and appeared to be on the brink of collapse. However, Doctor Strange saw Sinister Strange, a variation of himself, which was not inhabited by any living things. This could have been the Doctor Strange that we saw in Marvel What If .
Sinister Strange and 616 Strange tried to make a deal for the Darkhold. The good version wanted it, but the evil one was already in possession. The evil sorcerer wanted Christine Palmer as a trade for the book. They couldn’t reach an agreement. The sinister one then opened a third eye, resulting in a battle between the Strange variants.
